If this is the case and you are using a hospital-provided Wi-Fi network (clinical or staff networks) to access the course, options include contacting your IT department for permissions, switching to the public "Guest" network to view the course (guest networks are typically segmented from the hospital's secure infrastructure and allow standard internet traffic), or using a personal computer.
